The aluminum veneer is mainly composed of panels, stiffeners and corner codes. With light weight, good steel, high strength, durability and corrosion resistance, and other characteristics, and can be recycled, conducive to environmental protection. It is one of the products widely used in modern new building materials.
In the process of production and use, aluminum veneer needs surface treatment. The surface of aluminum veneer curtain wall is generally treated with chromium before fluorocarbon spraying. Among them, fluorocarbon polymer resin coating is the most suitable for outdoor metal, such as building aluminum curtain wall, dragon skeleton, aluminum window frame, ceiling, signboard and so on. Its main ingredients are contains not less than 70% Kynar fluorocarbon resin, the resin molecular structure is the most stable and durability of the fluorine carbon spraying products can resist wind, rain, sunshine for a long time of uv light, industrial waste gas, acid rain and chemical erosion, and can keep bright and clean like new for a long time, easy to maintain clean, will not change color, fade peeling, burst, powder, etc.
Below, aluminum veneer manufacturers detailed introduction of aluminum veneer fluorocarbon spraying procedures:
A. Before processing
1. Alkaline degreasing - removes oil stains from the surface
2. Alkaline erosion - removal of stubborn surface stains
3. Pickling - removal of surface oxide
4. Chrome - prevents surface corrosion and oxidation, and increases coating adhesion
5. Clean water - keep the surface free from dust
2. spraying
1. Spray a layer of 5-8 micron primer with an automatic electrostatic gun
2. Spray a layer of 20-30 micron color oil with an automatic electrostatic gun
3. With automatic electrostatic spray gun - about 10 to 15 microns thick layers of transparent light lacquer, and then in the 250 ℃ high temperature bake for 20 minutes.
